Our Clinical Approach — Principles Before Methods
Four principles guide how Navasha understands people, conducts assessments and plans care. This page describes our philosophy — not individual therapy methods. For CBT, behavioural work, parent guidance and other modalities, see Therapies & Interventions.
Understand Deeply
Every behaviour has a story. Every emotion has meaning. Therapy begins with understanding the person—not only naming a condition.
Assess Scientifically
Careful psychological assessment supports accurate formulation and personalised treatment, especially for learning, attention, autism, and cognitive questions.
Treat Holistically
Mental health is shaped by thoughts, emotions, behaviour, relationships, lifestyle, sleep, learning, and physical health—care attends to the whole picture.
Empower Permanently
The aim is not dependence. Therapy helps people build lasting resilience, self-awareness, and coping skills they can carry forward.
