About Navasha Wellness
A Psychological Practice, Reimagined for Today
Navasha Wellness brings together an established psychological practice and a new, more accessible way of delivering care. It builds on nearly two decades of clinical work led by Dr. Renu Goyal, while creating a unified identity for children, teenagers, adults, couples, families and institutions.
Why the name Navasha?
New Beginnings. Real Hope.
Nav means new, while Asha means hope. Together, Navasha represents the possibility of starting again — with greater understanding, clarity and direction.
The name reflects a simple belief: change does not require someone to become a different person. It can begin by understanding where they are, what they need, and what can change from there.
Where Navasha comes from
Nearly Two Decades of Clinical Work
Navasha Wellness is not a new clinical practice. It is the next evolution of work that began with KiDICIOUS, focused primarily on child psychology, and later expanded through Dr. Renu Goyal's independent practice to include adults, couples, families and schools.
Navasha brings this experience together under one identity, creating a clearer and more consistent way for people and institutions to access the practice.
Why Navasha Wellness exists
Bringing Clinical Expertise Under One Roof
As the practice grew, its work expanded across different age groups, concerns and settings. Navasha Wellness was created to bring that experience together in a single, recognisable practice.
The aim is straightforward: make it easier to understand the practice, find the right professional support, and take the first step without having to navigate a complicated system.
Who we are
Clinical Expertise Meets Technology and Operations
Navasha Wellness is led by Dr. Renu Goyal, whose clinical experience forms the foundation of the practice, and Gaurav Goyal, who brings expertise in technology, AI, operations and management.
Together, they bring two different disciplines to the same goal: maintaining high standards of clinical care while building a practice that is accessible, organised and designed for today's needs.
What guides our work
Three Principles
Thoughtful
We take time to understand the person, situation and context before deciding what support may be appropriate.
Clear
We communicate our observations, recommendations and next steps in language that people can understand and use.
Practical
Psychological care needs to work within real lives — alongside family, school, work, relationships and everyday responsibilities.
Navasha Wellness today
An Established Practice with a New Identity
Today, Navasha Wellness brings together clinical experience, technology and thoughtful practice design under one name.
The practice provides psychological care through online sessions, making its expertise accessible beyond a single location while maintaining the professional standards on which the practice was built.
